According to fellow soldiers, suicide attempts are commonplace in their unit.
One in five tries to leave their lives. Nearly half are successful. "It's just that not everyone does it on camera, like Pasha. Someone dies quietly, and there is not even an investigation," says one of the military.
The relatives of other soldiers also tell us that after psychiatric clinics or severe wounds, people are still returned to the front line. Complaints are ignored. They try not to record suicides.
